Sue knew from a very young age writing would always play an important part in her life. In 2012, she realised the dream of making a living from the written word and she hasn’t looked back since. Sue likes to experiment with various genres and story lines. She's not afraid to tackle any project or find new, creative ways to come up with something fresh and original.

As S M Nicol, she writes about what fascinates her, and what she enjoys and that's fantasy, urban or epic. Reading is her greatest pleasure and she'd give up anything for a good book.
